Marian Finnegan
Marian has been in the appraisal profession since 1988. Serving as a senior appraiser with Alpine Appraisal Group since 2000 and in recent years became a managing partner. Marian has worked in four states throughout her career. She has extensive experience in many facets of the appraisal industry including taxation, estate work and high dollar valuation. She has a reputation for handling complex assignments in a timely, professional and accurate manner. Marian is certified and FHA approved in both California (AR038657)and Nevada (A.0005571-CR). Marian covers the Lake Tahoe, Reno and Sparks areas of California and Nevada.

Terry O'Connell
Working as an independent Real Estate Appraiser, she has been with Alpine Appraisal Group since 2001. Terry is now one of the firm's Managing Partners, and is a Certified Residential Appraiser in California and Licensed Residential Appraiser in Nevada (CA Lic# AR032554 & NV Lic# A.0007764-RES). Terry has geographic knowledge in Nevada, Placer, El Dorado, Washoe, Carson, and Douglas Counties and is competent in handling appraisals of unique and complex properties, including specializing in dissolution of partnerships and estate work. Terry is also an affiliate member of the Appraisal Institute and is here to handle your appraisal needs.

Benyamin Heschen
Ben has been with Alpine Appraisal Group since 2002 and handles the work in our Bay Area and beyond territory. Ben is certified and FHA approved in California (AR030458) and known for his extremely high efficiency and of course his detailed appraisals. He's held a real estate license in the past and as a result has a keen insight into both the valuation and sales sides of the industry. Ben covers Alameda, Sonoma, Solano, Napa, Marin, San Francisco, Contra Costa, Lake and Mendocino counties.

Lori Paoletti
Lori's been working with Alpine Appraisal Group since 2003. A fully certified appraiser (CA Lic# AL031131 & NV Lic# A.0006670-RES), Lori is also holds her real estate sales license (CA Lic # 01262748). In California, Lori specializes in Plumas & Sierra counties while in Nevada, Lori specializes in the Reno & Carson City areas. Highly educated, Lori is here to ensure your appraisal is done right.
